sleep dis order occurs due to several reason mainly due to continuous accelerating of brain ,worries,physical pain.we can take sleeping pills to get sleep but this is nota permanent solution morever sleeping pills are additive. walking 4 km in the morning ,inhaling fresh air,10 min breathing excercise in the morning in fresh air,yoga and practice meditation which not only give us good sleep but also peace of mind,freedom from stress ,depression related problems.
