Hello Ladies
It is a scientific fact the different food groups are digested differently. Fats and carbs demend less acidic, and alkaline medium during digestion than proteins, which require high acidity.
Bad combination of food causes toxification of the system, digestion is hindered resulting in constipation, gas formation, nausea, nervous disorders and slowdown of the general metabolism is bound to occur. A good combination of food helps a healthy digestion, utilization and assimilation of the nurtients in the diet.
Eating starch and acids in one meal is not a good combination. For example, breads and citrus juices are not digested together. Eating breakfast cereals, breads, muffins, pastas, potatoes, rice and buns with oranges, pineapple, tomatoes, grapefruit, lime or other acid foods is not an ideal combination.
Acid fruits and sweet fruits cannot digest together. For example banana, papaya, figs, raisins and any other dry fruits are not to be mixed with oranges, pineapple, lemon, pomegranate and grapefruit.
Combining concentrated proteins with concentrated carbohydrates often weakens the digestive system. For example eating beans, eggs, fish, cheese, butter, sausages, bacon, ham, chicken, meat paste, milk, peanuts, almonds, cashews and other protein foods with white bread, oatmeal, spaghetti, pasta, muffins, cereals like white rice, barley, oat, millet, rye, sweets, candy, cakes, cookies, pudding, custards, jelly, jams, potatoes, watermelons is not a good combination.
Combining fats with proteins again upsets the digestive system. For example butter, cheese, oils and milk with eggs, sausages, bacon, ham are not a great combination. Milk should not be consumed with toasts, eggs, bacon etc. which is the most toxic food combination. Steaks with mashed potato is a strict no no.
Combining sweet foods with high proteins, carbohydrates or acidic fruits is bad for the digestive system. Sweets, syrups, candy, cakes, sugar, butter, jams and jellies should not be eaten along with breads, potatoes, cereals, oranges, lemon, pineapple etc.
Milk should be consumed on its own.
Deserts at the end of a meal is a bad idea.
Preferably fruits should be eaten as a separate meal.
Melons are best eaten alone.
Food combinations simplified further :
Poor food combinations :
two concentrated proteins
starch with sugars
proteins with fats

proteins with starches
sweet fruits with acid fruits
starch with acid fruits, eggs, milk, bananas and dates

Good food combinations :
vegetables with protein
vegetables with starches
fats and oils with green and non-starchy vegetables
acid fruits with fats and oils
sub acid fruits with acid fruits or sweet fruits
vegetables with eggs and raw salads
Once the above mentioned food combinations are well understood, it would be easier to plan a meal for the family.
