You can try step walking. Buy a pair of dumbwells weighing about 4 to 5 kgs each depending on which one is comfortable for you.
Hold both the weights in each of your hands and climb up and down a flight of stairs ( atleast 10 steps ). if you climb up and down, count it as one and go up to 15 times.
Repeat the exercise in three sets. that means you would would walked up and down 45 times.
before you start this, try jogging for about ten minutes.
As prisha sais, Do sit ups of 10 times, 3 sets each. Rest for a minute before each set.
A strick No No to sweets, Ghee , butter , jam and chocolates.
Change your diet habits slightly. if you are too much of a rice eater, then substitute it with roti for dinner atleast four days in a week.
