Shakes or Drinks for this summers..

the coolest drinks for Indian summers include iced Jaljeera. You can make it by blending 125 gm tamarind pulp, 3 tbsp mint leaves, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 3/4 tsp roasted ground cumin, 50 gm grated jaggery, 4 tsp black salt, 1 tbsp grated ginger, salt to taste, 3-4 tbsp lemon juice, pinch chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1 1/2 litre water in a food processor. Chill it overnight and then strain it.

You can also try Litchi squash, Khas ka sharbat, mango, strawberry and mint lassi(s), orange juice and Thandai. Iced mint tea, cold tomato juice, milk shakes such as banana milk shake, badaam milk shake, dates milk shake, mango milk shake, musk-melon milk shake, chocolate and strawberry milk shakes, cold coffee, phalsa or badaam ka sharbat, watermelon sharbat and icecream sodas are some other options for summer drinks.
