Acidity problem

Hi,

Get up in the morning have two glass full of water and night while going to bed ( take a small piece of ginger, black pepper and bit of salt crush all this and add it to a small quantity of lime) just drink it. Your acidity will go for a six.Practice this atleast on an alternate days till the acidity subsides.
