Mixed veg parotha

Ingredients:
1 Small Cauliflower
2 Boiled potatoes
3-4 Carrots
Green Chillies
Spices
Wheatflour Dough

Grate gobhi and carrots. Add to it mix it mashed potatoes and thinly chopped chillies. Now, add salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix all the ingredients properly to make even stuffing. Finally, fill this stuffing in the dough balls and roll them. Shallow fry the paranthas.
