Ingredients:
2 kg milk,
160 gm milk powder,
2 cup fresh cream ,
2 cup sugar,
25 gm butter
Method:
Mix milk powder and 1 n 1/2 sugar in milk and boil this .After becoming thick please switch off the gas .After this put butter init keep this rotating till it turns to thick. Mix thick milk inthis and boil it.After boiling switchoff the gas .Afetr making this cool, Mix fresh cream init and put it into the freeze .After freezing this again gring in to the mixi and again freeze it .Your butter scotch is ready to serve.
