YOGA & MEDITATION
YOGASANAM OR YOGA ,TO DO YOGA IT REQUIRED MORE PATIENCE ,FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION.it can only be obtained through constant practice,we should do one asanam for 20 minutes and minumum of five asanam like badmasanam,vajrasanam etc. for a day .one hour yoga is enough for a day ,yoga acts as a preventive measure for diseases,from my experience i learned that yoga combine with meditation does miracle ,twenty minutes of meditaion is enuogh for a day,mediation increases positive vibrations in our body and inner soul while yoga gives confidence.about 80 % people dont have good sleep due to tension ,stresss,and various reasons,even i had sleeping problem,what i learnt is doing meditaion gives sleep and keep away from dreams .for a good sleep there is should be any dream till we awake.
