A middle aged Chinese national suspected to be a spy has been arrested at Lohit in Anarchical Pradesh.When quizzed by the police the alleged spy identified himself as Guan Liang from henan province.He also told authorities that he entered india illegally to avoid the harassment of the Chinese Police. He has also confessed to having a map of India which he destroyed after sneaking into the border state. A police official said he had firmed up plans to visit sadiya in upper assam and to other parts of the country.
