Guidelines for a Healthy Attitude Part II

The following are suggestions for improving your attitude in every aspect of your life.
These are the things to do for an attitude shift toward the positive:
Allow yourself to feel what you are feeling. Suppressing negative feelings can make you sick. Remember, this too shall pass.
Be certain in your knowing that everything works for your highest good and the highest good for all.
Be aware of your immortality. Nothing dies; energy simply changes form.
Get exercise by doing things that you enjoy doing.
Love yourself, your past, your personality, your body, and everything about yourself.
Ask for what you want from those around you.
Surround yourself with beauty such as flowers and the colors you love.
Be responsible for creating every aspect of your life and find value and good purpose in everything.
Notice in yourself and others every little tiny wonderful thing and praise, praise, praise.
Start over each moment by releasing the past and beginning again.
Bring humor into your life and look for occasions to laugh and have fun.
Live in this moment! Be here now!
